Joe Barbera Tributes Around the Web

Several on-line appreciations of famed animator Joe Barbera have been appearing on sites of animators, animation writers, and other fans. The Cartoon Brew weblog is continually updating one post as new tributes come in, while writer Mark Evanier links to some others. Obituaries are also appearing in newspapers and other traditional media outlets.

UPDATE: The Superman Home Page has posted a tribute to Barbera for his work on Super Friends.

UPDATE 2 (20-Dec-2006): Newsarama.com's Animated Shorts has posted a lengthy bio and appreciation of Barbera.
