Out, Zeta! A New Kind of Robot is Coming to Kids' WB!

Cubix, the long-awaited 4Kids Entertainment production, will
be making its Kids' WB! debut this August. Originally announced as
a midseason replacement way back in April 2000, the show will be done
in CGI, but will feature a distinctly anime style. The storyline involves
a town where all the inhabitants own robots, which suit their individual
personalities. Andy, a lonely kid, finds a robot named Cubix one day,
which turns out to contain an energy source stored there by aliens.
This gives the robot special abilities--as well as the responisility
to use those powers for good. |
