following info:On Saturday, November 4, the
season debut of X-Men: Evolution, in its 10:30 a.m. ET time period, dominated the Saturday
morning broadcast competition in the metered market overnight ratings with a 4.2/12. The
overnight rating set Kids' WB! season record highs, and the 10:30 a.m. ET time period saw
a 45% increase in viewership over the previous weekend. Based on one of the world's most
popular Marvel comic book series and building on the success of the top-grossing summer "X-Men" movie,
Kids' WB!s all-new series X-Men: Evolution takes the superheroes back to their
origins as young adolescents struggling to fit into a world which cannot possibly
understand them.
Kids' WB! captured the best Saturday morning household overnight ratings for the 2000-2001
season, posting a 3.4/10. Among Households, Kids' WB! outperformed ABC (2.3/7), Fox Kids
(1.8/5) and CBS (1.6/5).
Additional Kids' WB! Saturday morning overnight highlights include:
Batman Beyond, in its new 8:00 a.m. ET time slot, topped the broadcast competition,
setting a new overnight record high for the season with a 2.6/9. The 8:00 a.m. ET time
period saw a 63% increase from the previous Saturday, October 28.
At 8:30 a.m. ET, Pokémon: The Johto Journeys posted a season record 3.5/10 and jumped 35%
from last weekend.
In its 9:00 a.m. ET time period, Jackie Chan Adventures dominated the broadcast
competition with a 3.5/10, a season high.
Pokémon: The Johto Journeys, at 10:00 a.m. ET, scored a season record high 4.1/11.
In its new 11:00 a.m. ET time period, Static Shock led the broadcast competition with a
3.5/10. The overnight rating is the highest Static Shock has posted season-to-date.
Max Steel, at 11:30 a.m. ET, beat the time period broadcast competition posting a 2.8/8
and set a new season overnight record high.
